Job Description:
We are seeking a National Network Manager to advise and manage network development and operations in India. The ideal candidate will have experience with high-reliability and high-security networks, with a specific focus on planning, design, procurement and implementation of MPLS, Broadband and/or Optical networks. Experience working with or for major telecommunication providers in India is ideal.
This position is perfect for a mid/senior-level manage who is looking to apply their expertise towards new and exciting global projects with the opportunity to advance into executive ranks.
Responsibilities:
- Advises planning, design, procurement, and implementation of network infrastructure to meet client and partner requirements.
- Forecast network growth and implement strategies for high-availability service delivery.
- Identify and assess emerging network technologies, platforms, and vendors aligned with corporate and customer requirements.
- Prepare technical specifications, proposals, RFPs, and evaluation criteria for sourcing network equipment.
- Coordinate with operations, project management, and field engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation and lifecycle management.
The ideal candidates will have:
- At least 15 years of experience in India’s telecommunications industry, ideally working for large/national telecommunications providers.
- Strong understanding of high-reliability and high-security network fundamentals.
- Desire to work on cutting-edge technologies and globally-connected network projects.
This position offers a flexible/hybrid work arrangement that will be custom tailored to fit our preferred candidate.
Salary Range – USD $180,000 – $210,000 annually + performance bonus
