Job Description:
As a Senior Information Security Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge security products and solutions. Your deep expertise in cloud security and extensive background in information security will be critical in shaping the future of our products. In addition to serving as the chief expert of your technical domain, you will have the opportunity to help build the Information Security Product R&D team from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of innovative security products with a focus on cloud security architecture and services.
- Conduct thorough research and contribute to the development of new technologies and methodologies to improve product security.
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to integrate security best practices into product development life cycles.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement security tools and solutions tailored to the needs of cloud-based environments.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and industry trends to influence product strategy and drive innovation.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and provide technical leadership within the R&D team.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Information Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- 15+ years of hands-on experience in the Information Security domain, with a solid track record in R&D and product development.
- Demonstrated expertise in cloud security architectures, technologies, and services.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, encryption standards, and identity access management fundamentals.
- Experience in secure software development life cycle processes.
- Proven ability to lead projects and drive product innovation.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
